RETURN POLICY
CliMats® stand behind the quality of our car mats so that we can gain your trust and continue to have your business.
In addition, if you’re unsatisfied with products you purchased from CliMats®, you can return your item(s) as follows:
- Items purchased online can be returned within 30 days of purchase
- You must have an original receipt or packing slip to complete your return
- Items must be unused or unwashed
- All shipping to Warranty must be pre-paid and insured. CliMats® will not be liable for lost in-bound packages.
RETURN ITEM FOR A REFUND
If you purchased an item from us and want to return it for a full refund, (see below for instructions). When we receive your returned item(s) we will refund the original method of payment. Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement.
